A very astute analysis. I had no idea this trend was out there. One trend that I’ve noticed on YouTube is women performing traditionally male activities, such as car restoration or woodworking. The women are legitimately competent. But they seem to rely on tight or revealing clothing for views. Male comments on the videos tend to focus (genuinely?) on the competence of the females and not the clothing.
